I'm Ragin, and I founded Myrvand as a place where I can combine music with my love of fantasy stories. I've been playing guitar for more than twenty years, occasionally sit behind the drums, and experimented with electronic music in my youth. Although I've never been in a traditional band, I've always had more musical ideas than I could fit into a single style. Myrvand gives me the freedom to try them all out.

My songs are born from my own stories, lyrics, concepts and rough recordings, often with the guitar at their core. I use AI as a creative partner to bring these ideas to life, develop arrangements and lyrics, and turn the raw material into finished songs. The vision, the world and the stories behind the music remain deeply personal throughout.

At the heart of the project is Myrvand, an evolving fantasy world inspired by Norse mythology but shaped by its own lands, peoples, legends and god-like beings. This is more than a collection of unrelated tracks: each release is part of a larger world, and every album tells a story through music.
